Their sales department is ok in that I think I got a good price for both Volvos I purchased from them - better than any other dealer in Houston, as far as I am concerned. As for service, it is a complete disaster. They damaged my first car when I brought it in for service. Every time, I picked up the car after the service department was closed and it was dark, so I did not notice until the next day. I will never do that again. My latest car - XC60 - was serviced there for its first service, and I ended waiting for about 2 hours for a service that should take no more than 1 hour. When I asked about a rental, I was told "no". Service advisors do not return calls, and give erroneous information. They found a nail in my tire that supposedly could be fixed (but not by them for some reason - I thought they had a service department). I took the car to NTB and they said they cannot fix it but must replace the tire. The car is less than 1 year old and NTB was surprised that the dealership could not "work with me" or replace the tire for that matter, since these are special order (apparently). Bottom line, I agree with other reviewers. Go to the Katy Volvo dealership. Better service!
