Got a chance to visit SF as my bro live here. When I wanted to have dinner outside he suggested me this place so we decided to come here. I dont know what went wrong here on that day, our food that we ordered was just meh without any taste. I said my bro to try this place out once more as their online presence is very nice!!!

This place is getting two stars from me cause I feel sympathetic for our server. I mean its not his fault the food is completely bland and our food took 1 hour to come out. Or even that the hostess was completely clueless. But what it really comes down to is the food. It was honestly something they would serve at a hospital; completely bland meaning flavorless. Not meaning salt, meaning flavor. Trust me.

This was one of the best fine dining experiences I have had. It is sad to see it close.

This place is fancy fancy. Lavish cloth is adorned on the walls. Plates subtly decorated with a 'fleur de lys' and other places I'm sure. I had a great meal here though. The drinks were strong and the food was delicious. Though this is more of a quiet dining experience, but still good.

I really enjoyed eating here. The food was delicious, and the service was fantastic. Our $100-150 Chef's courses consisted of 3 appetizers, 2 main courses, and 2 desserts. Overall, I loved this place. For $100 (excluding wine), Fleur de Lys's Chef's choice course was better than some of the $300 meals I've had other restaurants, including Manresa, The French Laundry, and Baume. I'd totally be willing to come here again in the next few years, which is more than I can say about the other restaurants. The main chef, Hubert Keller, visited our table twice.

The food wasn't as inspiring as it could be. While being good it lacks a consistent wow factor. A few loose ends, for example the bread was at best average. Dessert wise, the chocolate souffle was quite boring while the chestnut one was fairly good.

Ate here the week they closed! I love the ambiance and the service is impeccable. Will be sad when they are closed forever

This is the only place left in town for elegant, luxurious, romantic and quiet dining. You run out of superlatives to describe this super deluxe special occasion restaurant. The food, with its Alsatian touch, tends to be a bit rich but who cares when you're most likely there on a splurge? Get to know the sommelier - he'll steer you to well priced good choices! This is now our destination for special occasions!
