Everything about this place is just ok. Decor was probably the best thing about it, but there was no music or any ambiance to the place. Meals come with soup or salad, but you are limited to one soup choice. We went with the salad, but were disappointed to see nothing more than iceberg lettuce smothered in dressing, rendering it inedible. Bread was sourdough which does pair well with Italian. Pasta itself was of good quality, but the seasoning and sauces were very Ragu. Thankfully the included one scoop ice cream was rather good, but all this for $14 was still disappointing. There are just better options available.

less then 1 star. Worst food ever. Hospital food tastes better. If you order the cheesy bread as an appetizer waiter or waitress wont give you your bread with your meal you will have to ask for it. They wont give it to you unless you ask, which is pretty much after your food is 1/2 eaten and cold. also wont provide your desert again you have to ask for it, along with water for your table. Will never dine here again suggest you never dine here either.

Worst banquet experience ever!! I recently held a Holiday Banquet Party for my company at the Old Spaghetti Factory in Tukwilla. We decided to have a buffet style banquet and paid for 40 people even though we were only going to have 35 people. Not everyone showed up, so we ended up having about 28 people. When I scheduled the banquet, I was told that there would be plenty of food to feed everyone. The party was scheduled to start at 6:00pm. There was no food out when we arrived and they didn't start bringing food out until nearly 7:00pm. When it appeared that the food was all out, I announced to everyone that they could begin eating. The line formed and then we realized that some of the serving trays were completely empty and food was still not out. How embarrassing! I had ordered Ceasar Salad for the banquet and we didn't receive Ceasar Salad. It was just lettuce with a bowl of croutons and dressing on the side. And then they brought bread out to all the tables of hungry guests and didn't leave any knives for them to cut the the bread. When they finally did bring out the food, it wasn't nearly enough and we ran out of food before the CEO, and all of the guests from our corporate office had eaten. When I complained that we needed more food, the server said "oh, yeah, we didn't bring it all out. You have more in the kitchen", Why would they not bring out all the food, and why weren't they watching the food to make sure we didn't run out before they brought more. Worst service ever. The food was horrible. Noodles were dry and had no flavor. I was so embarrassed. I will never again eat at, never the less, hold a party at any Old Spaghetti Factory.

The price is fair, for all you want sourdough bread and butter, soup or salad, and main course, then ice cream dessert. The main course is not a huge portion, but reasonable. i must say, i had the mushroom sauce which came with exactly 5 little pieces of mushroom...not spectacular in my book. however, it tasted really good. the cheese and browned butter spaghetti was awesome flavored, but dry...needed more moisture. i actually would recommend this, just be sure to order extra sauce next time.

I'm surprised so many people raved about this place, The decor is really nice but the food is so boring. Literally just noodles with sauce on them. I could make that at home for less than 2 dollars. Service was ok. I just don't know why people like such a boring and bland menu?

It's OK. exactly. Food was predictable but not noteworthy. Just too weird that this "Old" spaghetti factory is in a... strip mall?! couldn't get past it.
