Basement-set American eatery that gets most of the produce for its seasonal fare from a roof garden.- Google
"That is onion soup - but done the right way without meat stock - only onion."

My go-to neighborhood joint to grab a drink with friends, or have a few bites. Bar int he front, restaurant in the back; this place has it all. If you're a dirty martini drinker, this is your spot--order the "Soup of the Day;" it's extra dirty with blue cheese olives. Produce is sourced from the roof-top garden. I've never had a bad meal here. The service is great, too. They'll let you grab a table even if you're just ordering drinks.

The best of the experience was the ambience. A nice, attractive, restaurant in a basement. It isa new American type of restaurant, that claims to have everything organic. My steak was beautifully done, but the mojito was not that Cuban.

Great service, atmosphere, drinks, and food. I had the steak, which was large and cooked well. I will visit again and would recommend it to friends.

Great low key ambiance. Tasty and very reasonable happy hour drinks. The wild striped bass with "roof to table" veggies was spot on delicious.
