Follow the burnt prairies from west lethbridge toward their origins, you end up at this sweat lodge. OOPS! I think the punch line is Hambush or something.

If you need a 'pick me up' today, give this song a couple listens. It gives me a little hop in my step. Thanks to Peter Katz for a great show last night!

What the heck?

When grizzled Canadian Football League rivals Joe Kapp and Angelo Mosca ran into each other Friday at an honorary, pre-Grey Cup luncheon, their longtime feud reignited in a bizarre scenario that would have made Bobby “The Brain” Heenan grin with evil delight.

Check the film: These 70-somethings can’t contain themselves, with a super-grumpy Mosca lashing at Kapp with a cane after the former Vikings and Patriots QB wagged a flower in his face. Kapp proceeds to drill Mosca with a devastating right hook.Down goes Mosca.Bad blood between the two has flowed for decades, dating to the 1963 Grey Cup. During that precious affair, Mosca — a Hamilton Tiger-Cats defensive lineman widely considered to be the meanest player of his time — injured a helpless Lions running back who was already down on the field, a moment Kapp obviously held onto.

Still, we’re a tad suspicious of this outrageous display: Mosca rolls around town known as “King Kong Mosca,” the former pro wrestler. The guy has been in roughly 4,000 fake fights. Was this one real?Either way, nice work sending totally mixed signals to our nation’s youth, fellas.

Thanks, BBC and Peter King.

The hotel was nice and clean with some enjoyable common areas. Breakfast is simple but delicious. There seems to be a lot of maintenance needed here. Our room was at the very end of one of the wings of the hotel, unfortunately none of the key card readers worked on any of the hotel's exterior doors so we always had to park at the front entrance and walk all the way to our room, even though there was a door right there. Secondly they shut the hot water off through the afternoon, which left us unable to shower after we had worked out. Besides maintenance issues this hotel was satisfactory.

The Kickin Chicken is the single greatest Poutine I've ever had. My wife loves the Double Porky. I love Poutine, but it when I get it anywhere else it usually makes me feel gross afterward. Not here! I feel like I could go back for more. Love it!

Nice hotel, great staff and great service. Rooms are spacious, but the pull out cot is highly uncomfortable, but I'm sure most people don't experience that so 4 stars!

Wow! Our stay at the Montage could not have been better. It had the elegance of a royal cheateu but the cleanliness of a brand new resort. There was so much to do on site including a heated outdoors swimming pool, pool tables, bowling alley, bocce ball and of course the spa pools and treatments. This is the grandest and greatest hotel I have ever stayed in. I hope I will be back soon.

Our year end party for work was held here. Great venue for dinner and awards. Food was great and the view outside is gorgeous.
