HI-SPEED INTERNET=SLOW, BEDS=AWFUL, ROOMS=DIRTY. Not sure how this hotel can advertise hi-speed internet when they cap you at .75Mbps downstream and .30Mbps upstream AT BEST. It's mostly unusable unless you pay extra. The rooms stink, the beds are old as dirt (although the manager said they would be replacing them soon), they still are about 10 years overdue! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, this place clearly has problems based on seeing 3 rooms and spending 45 total minutes in the office. I decided to cut my extended reservation to only 1 day. A waste of time.

Customer service is at its worst here, always has been (Jhon). "Don't like it? Tough. Go somewhere else!" kind of attitude. Elevator is broke and no ETA on a fix. Units were recently flooded out due to construction next door. Maybe it's beyond their control but they offer no kind of reimbursement (or sympathy) for the inconvenience of having to now hire people to move heavy items up and down stairs instead of using wheeled carts and an elevator. The manager John really doesn't seem to care at all about this major inconvenience. With all my dealings with these guys over the past 6 years, I've always felt they don't care and just want to raise rates periodically, charge fees wherever they can, and force insurance on your unit, even if you have other insurance that covers it. I would have moved my 3 units here long ago if it wasn't such a pain to do so. This elevator thing is the last straw and I am finally moving! Read the fine print on your contract and you'll see it is all set up to protect themselves and screw you as a paying customer.

Want food in a timely manner? Want service? Forget-about-it! The airport was not busy. I waited 35 minutes to be seated. After 15 minutes of being ignored, I left. I let the manager know, he didn't seem to care as if this happens all day long, everyday. I walked to the pizza place directly across from it and seen the same manager running it. I left that too. I don't support companies that don't care about their customers.

Yum, a great stop while traveling in and out of LA. Healthy proportions with plenty of meat and vegan friendly dishes on the menu. We'll be back again.
