COMPAIR Consortium has participated at the Sixth SESAR Innovation Days what was held in Delft between the 8th – 10th of November, 2016. In the frame of the SESAR projects we have succesfully presented our project poster on the econometric modelling analysis of ATM production function.

The goal of this analysis was to gain insight into the structural drivers of ANSP performance, with a particular focus on cost-efficiency. We are interested in economies of scale, but also in the existence of economies of scope. We’ve also evaluated the importance of differences in structural airspace characteristics. Our results gave insight into the importance of structural performance drivers. They also allow assessing the robustness of the insights under different statistical modelling approaches.
