Help write a leading book on Social Media

Great news! 
We are working on a new crowd-sourced Social Media book and we would absolutely love for you to get involved.

"Understanding Social Media" will be an online and offline book published by Kogan Page in January 2015. It is edited by Damian Ryan, the author of the successful "Understanding Digital Marketing" which is now no. 1 on Amazon. 
The book is a collaborative writing project and it will have contributions from various networks, agencies and brands all over the world! We are GLOBAL.  

It will be published offline and online in USA, UK and India in January 2015. Total sales expected to be approximately 10,000 copies and this is targeted at beginners to mid-level digital marketers. 
We would like YOU to be a part of it, too. We need anything from a Tweet to an article of about 1000 words on one of the topics below: 
•Getting started – how to create a compelling social media programme
•Understanding the stakeholders – blogs v networks v major Web 2.0
•Rules governing the relationship between search and social
•How to budget for social media activities
•How to measure success and how to set KPIs
•Understanding social media ROI – what matters and what doesn’t
•Why social media is central to Customer Experience
•How to build a social media team – how to pick the right suppliers
•Analytics, CRM software, creating a social media dashboard….
•Understanding the relationship between Online PR and Social Media
•The future for social media and the vastly changing landscape
•Risk assessment and risk management in social media
•Supplier Index - Send your details to be included in the Social Media supplier index. 
We are also looking for amazing international case studies, wins, but also failures in the Social Media industry, to include in the book and on our website. Maybe you have some you could share?
