Great independent book shop and can order any book to the store. I've used this bookshop over ten years and always happy to see personal recommendations from a socially aware venue.

This is a brilliant place. Bestsellers, a good general fiction section, a great student sections with discounts on literature, and more. Super friendly, super great.

Excellent shop full of passionate and knowledgeable staff. There's a lovely book corner for the kids with a stack of toys for them to play with whilst you browse the eclectic collection. Always a winner for students, they stock all of the key texts for a number of the courses, I used it particularly for my English Lit degree and always came away with an extra gem to feed my interest in politics, society and human rights. They also gave out a loyalty card which would get you some excellent discounts. I continue to use the shop and have found the website very useful, if they don't have a book in they will order anything that is still in print and let you know when it arrives. This is a truly independent book shop and we should all give it what support we can as its closure would be a sad loss for Bold St and the rest of Liverpool.
