Heating the workplace can be a big expense so why not make use of the heat that is being generated by your compressors? Compressors situated in a compressor room often have the warm air ducted to outside. Why not have your ducting altered to give the option of sending the heat back into the factory during the winter months? During the summer it can be redirected outside. A great solution to saving money on heating bills!

Our Filters are constructed from pre-galvanised panels to form a modular construction and can be expanded as individual demands in air volume increase. Therefore, if your production line grows, your dust extraction system can grow with you.

There are many things which can affect the operation of your current system which are often easily resolved. Sometimes the filter might not be big enough but often it is more to do with how the ductwork has been installed, the motor or fan may be too small or sometimes we have found systems where the fan is simply running in the wrong direction! This is why is it imperative you contact industry experts and don’t waste your money on a solution which will only give limited improvements.

Despite filter bag cleaning systems often being an integral part of dust extraction systems, bags do become less efficient after a period of time. Fabric bags must be changed at least every 4 years to remain compliant with EPA and HSE regulations.

ESOS is new piece of EU legislation requiring member states to introduce a mandatory programme of energy audits for ‘large enterprises’. This means over 9000 of Britain’s biggest companies will be required to comply – with the initial audits to be undertaken by 5th December 2015. Our Moldow Energy Manager will reduce your energy bills by up to 50% and can be installed onto your existing dust extraction system. http://ow.ly/FcWps
