so I phoned this place up to see how much they could give me for a game (contra hard corps, with case) they insisted that I have to bring it in to get a quote. so I go there and they offer me a laughable $15. Thanks for wasting my time with a price you could've just given me over the phone. Businesses like these thrive on price gouging. I bought two controllers from their south location, both at a rip off price, and both of them had issues, and they were for two seperate systems. It's because of businesses like these that games that used to be $20 last year are now $60. Save your money and wait it out. Even Ebay is a better deal. It's a game over if you shop at a place like this.

Response from the owner - a month ago
Collin, we are sorry about your experience at one of our locations. We have since amended our policy for communicating prices over the phone and online, and we now give price quotes over the phone. We understand that this doesn't help you now, but your comment and other suggestions from customers have helped us alter our policy to be more accommodating to our customers. Sorry for your time lost, but thank you for the feedback.

Incredibly professional and more than willing to converse with customers. I had the pleasure of meeting two representatives from Philly ComicCon, and they were by far one of the most fun booths at the event. From all of us at the U.S.S. Navras, Erie Contingent, keep up the good work guys!

They do not specify their return policy apon purchase. Every game store I've gone to allows cash refunds, especially if they sold a faulty game.
Response from the owner - a month ago
Gabby, thank you for your feedback. Our return policy is very similar to other resale shops that sell used products. We can also test games/consoles in-store if you want that extra peace of mind before purchasing. We understand your frustration and the policy should have been verbally communicated to you upon check out. For that, we apologize and will take the necessary steps to reinforce that policy with our staff. Sorry for your inconvenience, but we appreciate the feedback.

Game Over Videogames is hands down my favorite gaming store. The staff is knowledgeable and the stores bring you back with displays of classic games and memorabilia. Game Over also has most of anything you may need for your videogame needs.
