Collin, we are sorry about your experience at one of our locations. We have since amended our policy for communicating prices over the phone and online, and we now give price quotes over the phone. We understand that this doesn't help you now, but your comment and other suggestions from customers have helped us alter our policy to be more accommodating to our customers. Sorry for your time lost, but thank you for the feedback.
