Relaxed, family-friendly joint serving barbecue & American pub eats in retro, brick-walled environs.- Google
"Great food - ribs, smoked fried chicken, etc. Service was mediocre at best."
"The Pecan Pie with bacon for dessert - heck yes, I'll be back."

Enjoyed a good bbq meal with family. Prices were reasonable especially for a resort town. Food was very good. Sides influded jalapeno cornbread which was the first time I have seen. Our server was very attentive even though the place was packed on a Friday night. Beer choices were limited but that's about the only thing I would change.

I don't often use the words awesome, fantastic, unbelievable, incredible & delicious all at the same restaurant, but it happened at this one. We came here based on the Google reviews and were not disappointed. This place flat out rocks. We ordered the Pitmaster Platter as it came with brisket, bbq chicken and pulled pork. The chicken and pork melted in our mouth and the brisket was very tender. The sauce is delicious. The cornbread is outstanding. If you go here and get a bad meal, either your tastebuds are dead or the chef was out sick. We finished it off with banana pudding (different from the Low Country Backyard restaurant's version) and chocolate chip pecan pie with bacon graham cracker crust. Unbelievable. And the sweet tea is truly what Souther sweet tea should be. Thank you One Hot Mama for a marvelous meal.

Went there for lunch. Friendly waitress. Outstanding ribs!! Sides were also great. We had wings for appetizers awesome selection of sauces. Great place for BBQ in Hilton Head.

It's a nice hangout spot. But the bar tender wasn't so nice. She was very rude and impolite. If you ever go it's nice but avoid the thick chick bartender

Food was awesome. 5 stars worthy. Service was slow and disappointing-- 2 or 3 stars worthy, which was a shame. Certainly worth a visit and cross your fingers for a more responsive server.

Rode our bikes there and ate on a Sunday afternoon. Good food experience. Not the best bbq I've ever had, but definitely very good. I had the bbq pork sandwich, while my husband enjoyed his Big Daddy. I think I would have been happier had I gone on a regular weekday and enjoyed the lunch menu, where you pick your meat and then 3 sides. As it was I had the pork sandwich and fries, so I wasn't as impressed. Very friendly staff, though, and they were great with my two little girls!

The food was fair, but the floors were greasy slick, It was hot, and they played LOUD twangy country music the whole time.. They have grilled chicken wings, but you only have a few sauce choices for that. Why can't they put what sauce you want on there? Are they pre made or frozen then cooked? Not impressed, and will not be back.
