Good clean food, lots of choices (almost too many) and the quality is nice. Staff genuinely care about the service, uniform enforced, good atmo.

I wait les 25 minutes for a crepe. Great if you're not doing anything but terrible if you're actually hungry. Server was unapologetic and slow prioritizing clients who came after me.

The "cafe" is extremely busy, the will make you stand outside to wait for a table. It's not worth going there in the evening unless you want the cheap price. This is not a restaurant it's a cafeteria. There is a ton of noise and they are very congested. Upon arrival the service is excellent, lots of attention in a touch-go sort of manner. You take your order and you're off to the races. It is however a race, the place is hustling and bustling with waitressed bumping chairs left and right delivering the cheap food, rotating customers at an unprecedented rate. I ordered an authentic latka dish, a staple food of the Polish cuisine. I was handed four bland flat pancakes with a tiny cup of sour cream. I asked the server whether this is the normal way they serve it? I was told, "this is the recipe because Canadian customers don't enjoy the regular recipe". I understood this was a Polish restaurant, I didn't feel satisfied with the dish. The regular recipe calls for potatoes, herbs, seasoning with egg and flour. This was potato, and flour with no flavour, it looked tired and flavourless, tasted like a rubber glove. The price wasn't cheap either, 10$ for 4 thin pan fried pancakes which had no taste and filled me with disappointment. I asked if I could have them made with herbs and seasoning, I was told "no because this is how Canadians like it". So that's it for me and Polonez. I liked going there from time to time but it's lost my interest since it's as Polish as Olive Garden is Italian.

I brought my car in for a clutch issue, they said they could do it, they took apart the tranny and broke reverse gear during assembly. They refused to return my money and kept the car in the lot in the middle of winter for weeks gathering snow. They never refunded, I had to tow the car away to a real mechanic to get my wheels running, they played dumb and said it's the car's fault for being old, real passive aggressive. If you want tires maybe they sell good ones, just don't get things fixed here, and don't pay them until you've tested the car, don't believe a word they say, they will steal your money.

I think it's a bit pretentious. The food is really salty and unbalanced. The portions are very expensive for what you get. I paid 25$ after tip for a sandwich and chips, side of soup and a glass of coke...seriously that's a lot of money and the service was amateur. The guy asks me how it is mid-bite after I get the food. The sandwich came with potato chips which were really greasy and chunky- it's hard to enjoy a greasy sandwich and greasy chips without feeling nauseous, the rye bread was cheap and buttered up. It was a small Ruben sandwich for the price... They claim- and I asked them to verify- that they sell borscht. I think it was some kind of modified canned soup with cabbage in it- borscht tastes like borscht, it's a very distinct soup. Whatever they serve here is not that. I think it's like a fry truck trying to be a restaurant but with none of the wisdom of a real greasy spoon. A cautionary tale.

They have a system in place to track packaged but do not honour the deadlines. I ordered a package from Amazon for same day delivery, it was marked as shipped, then marked as delivered but never arrived. The next morning at 7AM the guy came to my door and handed me the package but at that time my deadline was already lost and I had to refund the item I needed. Unreliable and dishonest. I would have much rather preferred to hear from them that they can't make the deadline instead of this shady practice.
