My personality test says I’ve got WOO backed up with POSITIVITY. I always leave a little sparkle wherever I go. I love pretty things, clever words and play dress-up everyday! Believe it or not I don’t breathe my own exhaust.

Your distributor T-mobile is giving out very confusing information regarding the recall of the Note7. The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doning. Called customer service they say one thing, go into store they say another. All I know is I'm very concerned for my home, car and my family and myself with the phone being around. So I go into the store as advised to get a replacement phone. This is where my story begins...
I was told to pick a phone which I did, I was a Note 5 (64g) before my upgrade to Note 7 (64g) so I said I would take a note 5 (64g) they started the process and then ask for $108 smackers. I put a fuss (but can't be without a phone, will explain later) just wanted to be sure that when the new Note 7 comes in that I will receive my new phone. I was told that I would and that the $108 would then be refunded in my original payment. and then my contract would continue as before. I called today on a different issue to T-mobile and started to inquire about the recall item and the replacement. Was told that I would not receive a refund of my $108 and that if I wanted the new Note 7 I would have to start a new contract. I was also told I could use the buyer remorse program that the distributor has which is to return in 14 days and receive a refund of the remainder of my payment after a $75.00 restocking fee. It seems that I'm just going to be out of $108 and a new Note 7. I love you Samsung I've been with you for quite some time not only do we as a family have your phones I have your very first tablet of course I've up graded since that one. Every time a new phone comes out I upgrade and my husband does as well! In this day and age $108 means a lot to my family when caring for a disabled husband and also caring for a disabled God Mother as well as supporting grandchildren. I very sick about this whole issue as I'm sure you are as well but I think that some training better be done with your distributors so that others don't fall out of love with Samsung just the distributor if there has to be a loss of love. Thanks for taking the time to hear me out and if you have any suggestions on how I can get my Note 7 back in my hands without handing over another dime and or getting my refund from the distributor it would be helpful.
