Are there any good resources for running a campaign as criminals?

I have an idea to run a Shadowrun campaign where the players receive a "windfall" of 20 crates of military - grade assault rifles (5 rifles per case). It's more than even the most combat-oriented character could ever use, and while the "retail" value of the guns is massive, there are obvious problems involved in moving the merchandise. The player's normal channels of selling merchandise break down with such a large volume, so the characters will have to look at either finding a wholesale buyer (who will pay less per weapon, but buy a large quantity) or start reaching out to a larger number of "retail" customers.

Ultimately, I don't want this campaign to be about math and accounting. It's going to be more about the temptation of selling the goods drawing the characters into making more and more questionable choices, which get them into more and more dark situations with complicated characters. There won't be easy offers for weapons that they can run a profit analysis - - there will be NPCs who offer them other illicit goods in trade for weapons, which they can hopefully sell to their existing contacts (who are maxed out on weapons but might have cash for other goods). Of course, by diversifying, they start to catch the eye of other organized crime syndicates, which brings all sorts of other complications to their lives.

In a lot to find ways, it's inspired by the early seasons of Breaking Bad, or the movie A Simple Plan: once you start stepping into the world of crime, it starts pulling you deeper and deeper into it far more than you ever intended.

Anyway, was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on similar campaigns or any good resources out there.

Hey folks in the DC/VA area. My baby sister is missing. She's 18 years old, 5'6" and approx. 110 lbs. Her name is Angela Greathead.

She disappeared from her home in Charlotte Court House, VA (near Lynchburg/Farmville) early this morning and we believe it was not of her own free will. She recently escaped an extremely abusive situation and may have been coerced back into it.

If she was, she may be in the Lexington, VA area.

Please keep an eye out even if you're not in that part of VA and share if you can to signal boost.

Beautiful idea-generating imagery (especially for Numenera)--the cubes hanging below the clouds is my favorite:

Plants Versus Zombies
Yeah, so I know I said I wasn't going to have the energy to post anything today, but then I went over to Soren Johnson's site and finally commented on a post of his from last month. Said a few things I've been meaning to say about Plants versus Zombies 2: O...

Real Stock
Busy week, light posting, but been busy in the kitchen. Working on a recap, but for now you'll have to make due with the sight of real stock after a night in the fridge: Yeah. It's that good.

Who to Watch: Alton Brown
I've often said that there are moments when I learned to cook--specific moments in time where I remember having some epiphany or significant event after which my time in the kitchen made far more sense than it did before. Without question, it's clear to me ...
