I am a vegan, and the server and manager went above and beyond to meet my dietary needs. The food was great (my omnivorous father thought so too). Go there!
Quality Excellent

My first Google+ post: My Facebook has given me an "account unavailable" error for the last 13 hours. I think I am going insane.

Worst moving experience of my life. I hired them for a cross-country move because they were cheaper than the competition. You get what you pay for. First of all, I had a LOT of broken items which they made me fill out lengthy insurance claim forms for, and then they did not honor the insurance. Also, they sent ONE PERSON across the country to move my entire TWO-STORY apartment by himself. He had the audacity to ask for my help. That's right...I was asked to help the paid mover get my stuff upstairs because he could not do it on his own. AVOID at all costs.

Prices on bikes and accessories are EXTREMELY high. Please shop around. The place is run by younger people who don't seem to have a massive interest in customer service or the growth of the business. You will be treated very casually, sometimes momentarily ignored, etc. Overall, they are convenient for people who live on UCI campus, and I wouldn't say they suck, but they are not my favorite bike shop.

Always great service since each employee is also part-owner. Prices are very reasonable for bindings and printing, and everyone is helpful! Google has the address incomplete. It is actually 1412 W University Ave. Gainesville, FL.

Quick summary: Store manager psychologically manipulates customers to maximize profits and overcharge for shipping and other services. Full summary: I came in with two packages to ship. One was boxed and ready to go, but I needed to print a shipping label from the Internet that had been sent to me by the recipient of the package. I called ahead to the store to make sure they could print the label for me, and they simply said, "sure." The other package I needed to be boxed and packed for me. When I walked in, the manager, Mike, happily printed my label and took my items to the back to be packaged for me. Little did I know, he was packaging my items in a box more than four times the size required, and filling it with packing material so that it would cost more to ship. When he came out with my massive box that could fit a person in it, my friend pointed to a basket of lollipops and said, "are these free?" Mike said "yes," and my friend grabbed two. Mike said, angrily, "just because they're free doesn't mean you can take eight!" Now I go to pay, and Mike tells me that the package he packed will cost $66 to ship. I told him that I was sorry to waste his time, but I couldn't pay that much. The price was unreasonable because of his insane packing. Finally, I said just to ship the prepaid package for which he printed a label. He said, "That will be $3.20." I asked how it could cost anything since the label was prepaid, and he said "for printing the label." I inquired about the insane price for printing literally one sheet of black-and-white paper, and he said something like, "the $0.20 is the normal printing price, but I'm charging you $3.00 extra because we printed it for you." He literally charged me $3.00 for 20 seconds of labor, and did not notify me that I would be charged beforehand. When I complained, he said "that's how business works." Bottom line: Mike, the manager of this store, believes that a good business is one that squeezes every last penny out of its customers and spits them out. Do not do business with this man's store.

HORROR STORY ABOUT THE OWNER: I ordered a pizza for delivery. I was quoted an arrival time of 45-60 minutes. I called after 60 minutes, and was told that the delivery person had JUST left with my pizza, and to call back again if I had not received it in 15 more minutes. I called back then, and after a ridiculous (and very rude) game of phone tag AND having to personally direct the driver to my apartment, I received my pizza 1 hour and 51 minutes after ordering it, cold. 21 minutes prior, I was told by the owner of the store that I would be given a discount on the pizza, and that the driver was 3 minutes away (a lie). When the driver finally arrived, I called Chris, the OWNER OF THE STORE on the phone, and I told him that he had two options. He could give me this pizza on the house, apologize, and keep a customer, or he could take the pizza back, and I would never return, and I would post about my experience online as much as possible. He responded with, AND I QUOTE, "You're a jerk! You're a jerk! Go ahead! Post about it on Facebook! Do you know how hard it is to run a business in this economy?!" He hung up. Behavior like this coming from an employee, delivery driver, etc. could potentially be excusable, but coming from the owner of a restaurant, it can never be excused, and I will never return. Here I am, keeping my promise.
