Every sales representative behind the counter that I've talked with has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am new to muzzle loaders and asked a ton of questions, they were able to answer every one of them. I have delt with Steve more than others, great guy and is honest with you, not pushy. I went out to the range to sight in my new muzzle loader, and it being my first time on the range I wasn't sure what to expect. Tom was the range master and was able to explain the process and proper range safety. Also while sighting in this gun he was giving me tips. I cannot leave out that the ladies at the cashier counter were very cheerful and helpful. My total experience was great.

Had my trust papers in hand. Lost 4 suppressor sales to SilencerShop due to lack of effort and smartass answer when i asked how they handle the transfer process. When dealing with NFA items that behavior is not something desirable. Only people worth while, with quality customer service, are the young temps they hire. The last kid that helped and impressed me was Casey and as always the ladies at checkout. If you are under 30 years old expect to be ignored. Been this way for years. They have lost thousands of my dollars due to this. Just do transfers with another shop in a neighboring town. On the other hand, they have gotten a bit better after their expansion, aka new employees. Still fun to ask them a question you know the answer to and watch them feed you a line of bull. Caught several salesman in a complete lie. Ammo and mags are still double the price of online sources including shipping costs. New firearms prices are on par and worth it if you just 'gotta have it now'. Indoor range is worth going during inclement weather too. But their rudeness is the sole reason i made my own range in my backyard.

It has everything a shooting enthusiast needs or want. The firearm prices are good and so is the service. I've purchased many items from here and will continue to do so.

I have purchased guns from here for years and drive over an hour to get to the shop. They have a great selection and decent prices on most of there stock, but they are more than lacking when it comes to customer service. I went in here today with intentions of buying a match grade firearm to potential get into a league with. Being that it was a good amount of money I wanted to use two cheaper firearms to trade towards it to alleviate some of the high price. I had a Kahr PM9 and Remington 597 to try to trade. Before even opening the Kahr case I was abruptly informed that they won't take Kahr guns, because they have too many. Then he said he would look at the rifle that had almost no value in it. I came in there knowing I would likely get low-balled and would have been happy with any offer, the worst I could say is no. That was the most insulted I have ever been in a firearms shop. That action not only lost a sale to me, but my brother was ready to buy a Walther they had and decided against it because this attitude. I work in a service industry and don't try to hit a home run with every sale made, but this place apparently does. In the end I went to another gun store near my house who paid a fair price for my guns, got to sell one of their guns, and earned a regular customer. Don't let Williams fool you. They may have dressed the building up, but their customer service is lower than it has ever been.

Store front is fantastic, quite a selection of firearms and accessories. I would consider the prices to be a bit on the high side, but comparable to other stores. The staff at the front desk were courteous and friendly, everyone is smiling. Outdoor range is well kept, well managed and well run by the range master. I think a movable bench for the firing stations might be a better idea, for those of us who have a little more belly and/or bad knees to make it easier to get in and out of the firing spot. And they allow shooting of 50 BMG!!!! It is the only place I am aware of in SE Michigan. Good job guys. I will be back out, even if the drive is 1 1/2 hours for me.

Vast Selection, Knowledgeable Staff, a bit crowded and understaffed on Saturdays. Otherwise I would have rated 5 stars. Awesome indoor range.

Good prices, somewhat friendly service. I will be a first time buyer eventually, I think they prefer talking to people with experience. Basically this place seems top-notch and they aren't trying to screw you over for hand gun purchases. Although I am slightly suspicious that Trijicon's and installation seemed a bit steep at $200 for a Glock 19.
