Normally, my posts are of the sarcastic or smart ass variety. Occasionally I post something humorous or newsworthy. Today All I say is Thank You to all of you who have served our country and continue to serve as models for our communities. Your willingness protect this country and most likely put your life on the line for the rest of us is truly inspirational. Again I say Thank you for your service, you are all heroes.

Today's effort's. First ever run at above 1 mile in altitude. Managed a 8:39 average pace for 6.7 miles. It was chilly run, the sound of horses whinnying in the morning mountain mists, and sunrise over the Tetons. That's the way to start the day.
