Finding the rental car was a nightmare. It was not at all clear that the car was not to be picked up at Union Station in Denver -- in fact, the paperwork implied that that's where I should have gone. I finally discovered (thanks to a hotel concierge) that Hertz wasn't there, so I called Hertz' 800 number. Then I had trouble getting in touch with the correct Hertz office in Denver. Then they finally sent a shuttle, which took too long to arrive. I finally got to their office only to discover that I was within just a few blocks of the hotel where I had started an hour before. The car was a decent, clean Chevy, and drop off at DIA was perfect.
