Had breakfast on a Friday morning here with my wife. Very good food and excellent service. The coffee was very good as well. I can not comment on other times of day, but the morning experience was wonderful. The outdoor view was very nice, and the wait staff was very attentive. I would "highly" discount the haters comments, I rarely post likes or dislike, but experience has taught me that people who hate, tend to hate everything in life.

Visited the Sugar Factory for a late Tuesday lunch on the heated patio. I had not heard about the Sugar Factory previously and did not know what to expect. I had the Classic Burger, medium. It was excellent. The presentation was great, and the burger had very nice crisp textures and fresh ingredients. The only part of the burger that I could criticize is the bacon, which while it was good-sized cuts and nicely crispy without being over-cooked, was just a bit too fat-soaked for my preference, as if it needed better draining, or had been cooked low and slow. This is a very minor complaint, the bacon was just shy of perfect, and better than almost anywhere else. For dessert I had the fried apple pie with vanilla ice cream. Again, it was excellent. The presentation was beautiful. The ice cream was very creamy and smooth, with a very good flavor, and worked well with the pie's crisp fried crust and filling. Both were perhaps a little bit too sweet for my preference, but not over-sweet or at all off-putting, and not unexpected given the name of the place. I had an espresso with dessert, and this is the only item that I'd call disappointing. It was merely acceptable, whereas everything else was remarkable or excellent. The service was very good, professional, friendly, and prompt without being intrusive.

I go here every time I am in Las Vegas! Only to get a sugar fix though, have never eaten in the restaurant. In the candy store portion they serve up different types of ice cream related deserts (This changes periodically.) My favorite has been the deluxe milkshakes. Soooo good. Things here are a bit pricey, but it's on the strip. You shouldn't be expecting cheap. There is a wide variety of novelty items and types of candy. Really neat place to look around. Employees are always spunky and helpful. Definitely recommend making this part of your Vegas trip!

I heard a lot of hype about this burger so I bought the groupon to share with my good friend when we came out to Vegas to celebrate my birthday. The location is cute. I liked it immediately. Since it's named Sugar Factory, it has lots of sugary/candy like items on the menu which will satisfy any sweet tooth. Service is quick and professional. We were seated immediately even though it appeared to be busy and even got a booth with a nice view of the strip and the fountains. Very pleasant for lunch. For lunch, we both decided on the signature burger and even though the drinks looked and sounded good, we passed on those because of their high sugar content. I love sugar but don't like anything overly sweet. The signature burger is pretty standard except it comes on a white chocolate bun with breaded onion strings and American cheese. I had high expectations and didn't make any substitutions even though I really wanted to switch out the cheese. Who puts American cheese on a burger? McDonalds? Much to my dismay, the burger was just OK. Fries were good but the burger didn't really impress. The bun was sweet but I couldn't really taste the white chocolate and it didn't really make or break the burger. Since we had to use up the whole value of the groupon, we decided to split a dessert to make up for what was left and opted on the adult milk and cookies. The "milk" was actually a liqueur and the cookies, sadly, weren't all that great. Once again, another let down. Overall, service is really good and this is a fun place to hang out. I would maybe come here for a drink, something that isn't sugary and maybe another menu item.

There's a reason why nobody in Las Vegas recommends this place, it's terrible. Don't waste even a dollar here. I'm doing you a favor in writing this review. The environment was dull, there was no environment actually. The food was worse than the environment. Nothing going on, nothing special, the people that work their are miserable. They refused to seat us during our reservation because we were missing two people in our party. They were in traffic and the restaurant was half empty! If customers are going to spending $36 on sugar water like those goblets plus $20+ on each meal, we should be treated respectfully as customers. They don't care if you're happy, that's why they don't care that their food is terrible. They think people will still come due to the name, so why would they need to treat customers well or have good food? I wish the food was at least good, I wish I hadn't wasted my 30th birthday dinner in the place. It was disgusting. The Planet Hollywood buffet was a million times better and a million times cheaper! Save your money for the slots or go somewhere else. You'll thank me later.

We loved the good and service. Sitting outside is great to watch the fountains at night. Breakfast was also good. Filet steak was good and priced right.

Food was not that good and small portions for the price the famous gobblet drink taste like shit service was OK we had to tip 20 bucks to sit on the balcony out side really the only thing good is the view of the strip that's what you are paying for

For the amount of hype and praise Sugar Factory Bar & Grill was receiving at its opening, I expected to be wowed. As I finally put down my fork towards the end of my bland meal, all I felt was underwhelm. The Sugar Factory Bar & Grill has a sizeable menu of expected food - sandwiches, burgers, appetizers - but none of it is all that exciting. There aren't any unique takes on anything to have it fit inside the "Sugar Factory" brand. It's just another bar and grill, simply without the expected flavor. My hamburger was topped with barbecue sauce, lettuce, and tomato, and not one of those ingredients helped stave off the off-taste that the patty had. Not as if the beef had spoiled; more-so like that chef tried to spice things up and added the wrong mixture of exotic spices. The best part of the meal were the french fries. They were crispy and tasted fresh. Not so sure I want a meal to be remembered by the low-cost side dish, though. Overall, the Sugar Factory Bar & Grill left me unimpressed and unwilling to give another of their dishes a go.
