Love the food, love the staff, just plain love it! I wouldn't mind having the soda machines accessible but hey, if that's their thing, I'm OK with it. More locations please! If one was close to me (Minnetonka), I'd be there several times a week!

Staff are pleasant but the food is quite uninteresting. Chicken has a 'processed' flavor and texture and waffle fries were soft and undercooked. Better than standard fast food chicken but disappointing.

We came to Minneapolis for the girls volleyball Junior National Championships, chaperoning the team. With our schedules, we needed catered food they would be sure to enjoy, delivered warm and late in the evening(s). We knew going in that Chik-fil-a would be enjoyed. The pleasant surprise was how friendly and accommodating the staffers at Chik-fil-a were at this Maple Grove location. Kristi was great, and of course Nancy turned out to be our guardian angel - an absolute savior and now an unofficial part of our team, forever. We ordered the individual meals for the first night plus a side platter, and it was spot on - both in the excellence of the food and timing. We then had a second meal the third night which was just as fabulous. Thank you Nancy and the Chik-fil-a team for making our MN trip a success!

I certainly like the fact that they try to be different with their food. Definitely NOT the simple Lettuce, Cheese, Chicken, and Mayo type sandwich food that you can find at Burger King, Wendys, and McDonalds. The chicken is juicy and decent tasting, but overall there was nothing about the service, the atmosphere, or even the taste of the food that makes it memorable for me. And the price for the product is just too high for my liking.

We tried Chick-fil-A when it first opened in Maple Grove. We had heard people rave about the food. We haven't been back since. I don't get it at all. It was nothing special - just your typical disgusting fast food. Plus of course their political stances have pretty much put me in boycott mode. Get a chicken basket from Dairy Queen or try the Naked Tenders at Buffalo Wild Wings or even some chicken from Popeye's. You'll get just as good, if not better and you won't be supporting any right wing bigoted agenda.

Wait times can be long, but you can't hold it against them too much for being popular. They seem properly staffed. The chicken nuggets are my favorite. It's a shame that it's corporate policy for the employees to respond with, "My pleasure," in response to being thanked. A simple, "You're welcome," is enough for me, and slightly less off-putting.

Meh. What's all the hype about? My family decided to try Chick-fil-a since one opened a couple miles from us. I'll excuse the long lines since most of the people there were probably just curious like we were, and that will change soon. We were completely underwhelmed with the food; not bad, but nowhere close to deserving the devotion people give to this place. The sandwiches were scrawny, average fast food fare. My wife and I both had to go back for a second round of food. Our 5 year old had the chicken nuggets kid's meal; the nuggets were real chicken (unlike the mystery meat nuggets you get elsewhere) but they were tiny - about the size of a quarter each - and there were only four of them. She eats like a bird, but even she needed a second order. In all, it took over $50 to somewhat satisfy our family. We could have gone to a sit-down restaurant for about that price and gotten better food and portion sizes. Never eaten a Chick-fil-a? Go to McDonalds and order a "homestyle" chicken sandwich (the one with the hint of dill flavor and the pickles). It's a slightly lesser clone of the Chick-fil-a "original" sandwich, and it would be hard to tell the difference in a blindfold test. We won't stay away, but we also have no compelling reason to go back.

Chick-fil-A hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
