Innovators inside established companies are like football kickoff return specialists. You need setup by a strong team and then speed/agility to break free and get you to the goal line with 10% success rate. Getting tackled is ok but fumbling is not.

My daughter and I made this for my wife for Mothers Day. Named it "Mothers Children in Action". Images of our three children doing their favorite sports.

Tax instructions: There are about 4500 occurrences of "back of" on the irs.gov site. In an electronic world, there is not a "back of this page", "back of part 2" or "back of section D".

‎Willie Neumann suggested to me that Facebook bought Instagram to get access to the 30 million user's EIXF location data from the photos. These users are also likely to be facebook users. I think he is on to something... But at 30M users, that is only 3% of facebook users. Instagram added another 10 million users in the last 10 days... 1 million a day! Now they have 5% of Facebook users. Price per user for location data at purchase was $33/user and now it is $25/user. At this cost and ad rates, if they can get those users to each click on 5 localized advertisements, they break even. 1 Billion might not be a bad deal.
