This place is a blast from the past. It is one of the oldest theaters in the area and I am glad it is still around. I actually enjoy not having to go to a huge mall and fight for parking to see a movie. Allwood is less expensive than the local enormous multiplex. There are small shops nearby if you have time before or after the movie. Their new seats are awesome.

Nice family theatre.... clean, very nice employees, great candy selection. I've been going there since the 1960's and it still has the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen.

The tickets are cheap but you get what you paid for. The screen is crooked in almost every isle you go to, the floor is sticky and the popcorn is stale. If you go during winter wear something heavy as it will be freezing. If you go in summer you'll find there's no AC and no air circulation.

A much smaller and quaint movie theater compared to the big box movie theaters. Prices are very reasonable, and the employees are all very personable. Expect a smaller theater and you'll have a great experience. In the smaller theaters, the seats are extremely comfortable.

Nice but it seemed a little off. Now this review may be a little politically incorrect so just a heads up, anyway.. I just left there from seeing Paranormal Activity 3 (11/4/11, great movie by the way) and the theater is small which is nice (For those that don't like the large obnoxious crowds this is the place for you) so it was just me and my girlfriend by ourselves watching the movie. Now here's the bad part: The seats should be replaced, the support is almost completely gone and when you sit down you'll notice. The theater was cold on the inside and the room I was in (Room 6) didn't have a carpet (Seems like they pulled up the old one and didn't get around to replacing it yet) and it smelled like someone may have peed in there on the floor. What bothered me most was the strange treatment after the movie. Now me and my girlfriend are black and if you are at least somewhat aware of Clifton you know it's predominantly white (Not a bad thing), and based on my own observations, we were the only black people there (Again, not a bad thing, speaking circumstantially). Now anyone reading this must know about Paranormal Activity 3, it's meant to freak you out, that's what it does. Now after the movie me and my girlfriend sat through the credits trying to regain our composure and this middle aged white woman walks in and sits down in the aisle across from us and just stares at us (The movie freaked us out and then that happened... Creepy, but anyway). So we get up and leave and she follows us out like we were about to do something wrong..Ridiculous

This is a great little park for local residents. Just about every block in the neighborhood ends at this little park. There are always locals walking with a stroller or small children, and there always pet owners with dogs on and the well-behaved are off leash. There is a children's swing set and jungle gym area as well as a full court Basket ball court that the teens usually occupy. There are a few picnic benches here and there. For it being right outside my front door this park is GREAT! If I had to drive to arrive at a park this small, I would be somewhat disappointment to be honest.
