I just want to sincerely thank the staff at princeton Audi, for there professionalism and attention they gave us on every vehicle we have purchased from them, we currently own 4 Audis in our household. We are always impressed by the attention we receive from the welcome to the closing and delivery of every vehicle. Rich Martini the general sales managers, professionalism and knowledge is beyond what i have ever incountered from anyone in his position, he is not pushy and very accommodating, and is focused in making sure the customer is happy in every way. Jeff in service could not be more helpful every time we bring our cars in for service. He is on top of his game every time. We just built a new car and the process as usual was flawless, we are looking forward to the delivery, which should be around April. on a final note, we have owned many different makes and models, but honestly have never had the experience we have encountered with Princeton Audi Thank you Princeton Audi.

This place is a scam. I took my car to the service department and explained that my car randomly struggles to start. 4 days later I am told that they ran a diagnostic and changed the battery and that my car STILL doesn't start and that they would have to diagnose it for an extra 2 hours so I would be charged the first test and the battery and now 2 hours of testing?!?! Long story short I denied the 2 hours of testing since it would've cost almost 800 dollars to just figure out the issue of my car without repairing it! But instead of 800 I'm am out of 400 with a car that still randomly doesn't start. And was told that it would be washed that also wasn't true. Next time I'm going to the audi dealership in HORSHAM,PA!

Mr. Martinez, I am very sorry your vehicle could not be diagnosed before installing a new battery. The vehicle came to us with two conditions. No start and cooling fan malfunction. Your battery would not hold a charge, so it was necessary to replace that before we could diagnose the second condition. I am very grateful. I added green coolant to the washing tank, thinking the color would match better. Boy! It took the technician hours to clean up. It was my ignorance. However, Audi did not charge me extra $ for the oil change. Instead, coupons were applied. I felt very guilty for what I did. Only if I had done some research. I sincerely thank Audi. No better service elsewhere! Thank you Patricia! Thank you Fernando! I also learned that only PINK coolant can be used in Audi. Be aware.

I can't stand their awful tv commercial on the local cable channel. I cringe when it come on. I hate it! It has a baby screaming at the top of his lungs, an alarm clock and a dog barking. And, then they say they take care of you like family. Now, I turn off the sound when it starts to broadcast. Horrible!

I have purchased 4 new Audi's in 11 years for me and my wife, so obviously we have been loyal customers. Tonight I experienced an interaction with one of their service dept reps that was just horrendous. She was rude, confrontational and belligerent to an unbelievable degree. I guess Audi just doesn't want to sell cars. This is on top of a really bad experience receiving two new cars (A6 and S4) two years ago. The prep on the cars had numerous mistakes, and the information given to us with the cars was incomplete in the most important areas. As modern cars get closer and closer to computers on wheels, the Princeton Audi sales staff become progressively more clueless. Go somewhere else. Or maybe, given the recent cheating revelations re VW/Audi's diesels, consider a more honest car company. "Audi- Truth in Engineering." Yeah, right.

TERRIBLE altitude to the customers who bought Audi. But nice to those who will buy. How nice and smart are they. Slam my phone call. Kick me around inside their different departments. Good job. Hope they finacial specialist can afford a peaceful life for the rest of their times.
