Delicious and very sugary pancakes so that's a plus for myself though if you don't like sugar then I suggest getting the eggs benedict or biscuits and gravy both are excellent! Though the side dishes could be alittle better. Overall my family and I had a great experience. Our waiter Robert F. Was also extremely friendly and made us all feel very welcome with his jokes.

First time there. Ordered the crepes. They were disappointing - the texture and taste of the crepes was chewy or rubbery... seemed to me they were made of water and flour, ...not whole milk and flour. The sauce and inside was good, but I won't order them again. Menu seems a bit overpriced. I know why coffee price was not listed on the menu, it was also overpriced $2.59. Husband's over medium egg yolks were well done.

Service was wonderful. But wait for a table was way too long. Pancakes were cold and rubbery. After the meal, was parked in by a food delivery truck for 20 minutes. Will not likely be coming back voluntarily.

The bacon omelet is pretty good with reasonable price. Decent place to have brunch.

It was my first time there today, and what a wonderful experience. The cashier greeted me and was so nice and sweet. She led me to a booth, and right away the waiter was there and offered their "best coffee in all of Madison, Fitchburg and Verona". He was hilarious, so I decided to try the coffee, and he wasn't kidding. IT literally was the best coffee I've had in a while. I ordered the Veggie Omelette and it was DELICIOUS!! This place is definitely one of my favorites now, and I would highly recommend it :) Also, you definitely get full off all the food. I couldn't even finish my meal!

The food's good enough, but the people who run the place are more than a bit anal-retentive .... especially when it comes to groupons. There service isn't great... and I have a nagging suspicion they aren't incredibly nice to their staff.

The pancakes are like rubber - tough to cut and even tougher to chew. Very nice staff and nice location but if they call themselves the "Pancake Cafe" they really need to figure out what's wrong with the pancakes. Quick research suggests they might be over-mixing the pancake batter which releases gluten and creates a rubbery texture. The portions (their cost of goods sold) are also unnecessarily large - they should save $ on product and shoot for quality instead of quantity.

Excellent!!! Nice atmosphere, and service was good! Portion size was huge, so it made up for the cost. The pancakes were warm, and fluffy. I would eat there again, and if we keep having good experiences it might become our regular b-fast place
