Service was wonderful. But wait for a table was way too long. Pancakes were cold and rubbery. After the meal, was parked in by a food delivery truck for 20 minutes. Will not likely be coming back voluntarily.

Terrible quality food. Powdered eggs that taste like chalk. Hocky puck biscuits with a gravey that tasted like flour and rubbery pancakes. They use the very cheapest of ingredients and it shows. Weak coffee topped up my disappointing experience. Never coming back. The food is barely edible.

Excellent!!! Nice atmosphere, and service was good! Portion size was huge, so it made up for the cost. The pancakes were warm, and fluffy. I would eat there again, and if we keep having good experiences it might become our regular b-fast place

The pancakes are like rubber - tough to cut and even tougher to chew. Very nice staff and nice location but if they call themselves the "Pancake Cafe" they really need to figure out what's wrong with the pancakes. Quick research suggests they might be over-mixing the pancake batter which releases gluten and creates a rubbery texture. The portions (their cost of goods sold) are also unnecessarily large - they should save $ on product and shoot for quality instead of quantity.

This place is just a ripoff of the Original Pancake House. Service was poor, food wasn't any better. Ordered chocolate chip pancakes with whipped cream and the pancakes were smothered in chocolate syrup with just a few dots of canned whipped cream. Bacon was $5 for only 3 strips. I ordered mine well done and it couldn't have been soggier. A small (they only have one size) glass of orange juice was $3. Very disappointing experience. I won't be back.
