I really admire this man so much and his line of neutraceuticals have been a blessing for me as well as the success of my clients.  If you would like to visit an Amen Clinic (NYC, DC, SF, SoCal) and receive %15 off of brain thermography scanning and treatment, mention ECENTER305 when you book your appointment.

Love this one...
UE Tip of the Day: Don’t expect people to abide by your rules if you don’t clearly communicate what they are. And don’t expect them to live by your rules if you’re not willing to compromise and live by at least some of theirs. Also remember that even if you’ve clarified all your rules in advance, misunderstandings can still occur. That’s why ongoing communication is so important. Never assume when it comes to rules; communicate. http://bit.ly/try-ue-free

We are constantly seeking to move toward pleasure and away from pain. What if you truly associated your unhealthy habits (smoking, drinking, overeating, spending, staying up too late) with massive pain? You would likely make changes...fast.
UPW (http://bit.ly/upw-ny) Exercise of the Day: What hidden benefits might you derive from a behavior you know you should change? How attractive are they when weighed against the pain you know this behavior has caused you in the past, present and future?

UPW (http://bit.ly/upw-ny) Tip of the Day: There’s a big difference between an affirmation and a question. You can repeat affirmations like “I’m happy, I’m happy, I’m happy” all day long, but it won’t produce the same state of certainty as consistently asking an empowering question like “What am I happy about now? What could I be happy about now if I wanted to be? How would that make me feel?”

UPW Tip of the Day: The power of expectation in enhancing performance is well documented and has been called the Pygmalion Effect. In one study, teachers were told that certain students in their classes were gifted and needed to be constantly challenged in order to excel. The teachers complied, and unsurprisingly, these same students became top achievers. However, unbeknownst to them all, the students identified as gifted hadn’t actually demonstrated higher intelligence prior to the study. Some, in fact, had previously been labeled poor students. What was the difference? Their newfound sense of certainty that they were superior (instilled by a teacher’s “false” belief)!

UPW (http://bit.ly/upw-ny) Exercise of the Day: Procrastination is one of the most common ways to avoid pain. But usually if you delay taking action, you only create more pain for yourself later on. What are four actions you’ve been putting off that need your attention today?
