I scheduled a 2:45 appointment as a new customer and scheduled Kelly. After 15 minutes past my time the receptionist said she was just running a little late. After waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time I went in and asked for my money back because I had other commitments. Very little was offered other than a curt 'I'm sorry' that they screwed up their own schedule. Kelly showed up at the door -- finally -- when I was asking for my money back and I told her I could not wait any more after 25 minutes delay. She said nothing, just turned around and walked away... not professional at all (and hideous-looking woman as well).

My wife and I went to this guys store to get some ideas on tile flooring. I was FLOORED at this guy's (Dyaa Elyass) very poor customer skills. When he said that they do installation I asked if he would provide references so I could talk to them and view the quality of his work. Apparently this insulted him. He then said that he did not understand why, of all his customers, only "white people" give him trouble. His attitude was condescending and arrogant the entire time.. and keep in mind I was just a walk-in potential customer. I can imaging how bad he would be towards anyone that was dumb enough to pay him any money!

Dr. Kerr and his office were very professional and put my mind at ease. The procedure went exactly as Dr. Kerr described it would be and the results were excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Kerr for deviated septum surgery or any other that he would offer!

If you go to this garage - HOLD ON TO YOUR WALLET! These guys are at least as expensive as the stealership. I got a quote from them that was $100 less than the same work at a Toyota stealership. They also have a 10% first-time customer discount coupon so I figured, hey $100 plus the 10%. No one mentioned the discount when I booked the work so I figured that they would not apply it until they asked. When I got the bill and mentioned the discount they said, "Oh, that 10% discount is already in it.". Damn - bad of me to not ask first. I gave them 1 star because at least they did the work... however, if I got to a local-yokal garage I expect to save money compared to the stealership.... I won't be going back.

About a week after purchasing a 2013 Ford Edge I noticed that one of the wheels were damaged. I was the only person driving the car and know that I had not even come close to damaging a wheel so contacted the sales rep -- Matt Maurer. Matt told me that he'd 'check on it' then became unresponsive for 4 weeks - no response to email or phone calls after the first volley. I escalated to the management and they basically said, "Sorry, this is your problem". I have an issue with a sales rep that decides it's not worth his time to even return my calls. I also have an issue with the poor quality of the Ford Edge "chrome clad" wheel covers. They are basically just a plastic cover and I will guarantee you that Ford will have customer sat issues with these. I would NOT recommend Maxwell Ford in Austin and would not recommend a Ford Edge, at least not the cheap chromed plastic wheels.
