Hats off to +Lorna Salgado for finding this. Amazing what we are costing ourselves in medical services - just because people can "afford" all the unhealthy food they want to eat. Practically, the diet supplements (shakes, vitamins, snacks, meal bars) actually cost less thatn the "food" we consume...

Galllup says: people are now more concerned with their waistline than what they inhale. Stands to reason. But it's also something there are easier (non-addictive) solutions for. Thought you'd want to know...

Oh - here's what really did it - I quit walking over a mile each morning. That "aha!" moment. Solved - I just put it back in and meanwhile, cut back to (simply) my nutritious and tasty shakes and meal bars.

Where - not surprisingly - I go off my Cinch diet shake plan and learn to accept that this means gaining weight back. But the interesting lesson is that I now know I can painlessly lose it again, any time I want to start.

Big surprise - or maybe not - 60% of the nation is seriously overweight or obese. Small wonder diseases are on the rise, and so are insurance premiums. Guess we could do something about it...
