Interesting life, and praise God that he found you a new helpmeet. Wondering through a part of your life was the tonic I needed to relax enough to go back to bed. I saw you post on Calvary Network on fb before, but never checked your link. I woke up this morning at 2:30 am and could not sleep. My pc was running a virus check, and I noticed it was finished, so I logged onto fb and saw your post again. I decided to check it out for the lack of nothing better to do. Thanks for the bedtime story. Now I can comfortably fall back to sleep for a few hours before I get back up to collect my morning manna.  I blog also, but my blogging is more about politics and religious articles. I have often times thought of beginning one of myself as you did. I think I'll give it some serious thought. Thanks again, and God bless you brother.

You did a fine job on your book shelf. I turned the closet in the bedroom I use for my study into a book case. So instead of poles to hang cloths on, I have 5 long shelves for my books, and other items like multimedia items. In my case I can close the folding doors to keep them from being seen, but I never do close the door.. LOL

Amen dear  brother. I am the youngest of 8 children. Being 57, my knowledge of growing up was basically through the 60's. We were not very well off financially, and my family had many troubles. Both parents worked to feed and cloth us, and so my bedtime stories were read to me by my oldest sister Anola. She was 11 years older than me, and I remember fondly the stories she read to me as I fell asleep at night.

It is heartening to know that parents still read to their children at bedtime, the memories of hearing a soft friendly voice as I drifted off to sleep are memories I cherish. While mine are of my Oldest sister, I still cherish them. Especially since she passed away in a violent manner in 1980. God bless you and your son my Brother, and may the grace of God be a covering for your son throughout the years and may he fondly remember and cherish these moment with you throughout his life.

PT Barnum said, "There's a sucker born every minute".

Well, today you will find many of them sitting in a church pew listening to some heretic telling them what they want to hear instead of what they need to hear. That's why many of us believe we are getting closer and closer to the day when Christ will return for His church. So I expect to see more of these heretical teachers twisting the scriptures to suit all those suckers sitting in their audience.
