There's a lesson here for programmers: Adding comments to dangerous code doesn't make it safe.

Questions  -

Okay, so I have tried several attempts to make a thick dry fruit milkshake but somehow things don't work out... I've tried adding paste of kaju and whipped cream. Any suggestions on how to make my milkshake thick???

here u go +Sakshi Mohan and +Nisha Shetty

140 GM all purpose flour
160 GM curd
120 GM sugar
1tsp baking powder
1tsp soda
1/4 tsp vanilla
50ml sunflower oiL or any other oil which does not have its own smell
2 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
few almonds (finely chopped)

Mix soda baking powder sugar and curd. mix gently and keep aside for 10 min
Now sieve all purpose flour and cocoa together 3 times
Add little portions of flour+cocoa in curd mixture and keep beating in only one direction after that add vanilla essence and beat.
add oil and mix gently in the same direction but don't beat you can add almonds at this stage!!
Stick some (Indian bread) roti's dough on valve (the small hole near the whistle) of pressure cooker. Don't put water or anything else in the cooker.
Preheat cooker for 5 min on high flame. for Greasing use only butter do not use ghee. Add mixture to tin and set on high flame for 5 min then on medium flame for 20 to 25 min. the cake is ready when it looses its shine caused because of oil
Notes:
Don't use eno just use plain cooking soda
Beat only in one direction
Do not use ghee for greasing!
