Not near as buzzy as other lemonade locations, but that means less busy too, which is nice. Same upscale cafeteria style we've come to know and love, with the salad selection being so on point as to please my very picky eater pal and always looking for something a little different me. Refreshing but filling, and the namesake beverage is blissfully not cloying in sweetness.

Healthy, fresh tasting food. Some selections are somewhat bland, but mostly good. A little confusing to order the first go-around. I felt the lemonade itself was somewhat over-rated and the cakes always seem to taste a day old. Pleasant decor, nice outdoor seating and the place is always busy. Servers have always been helpful.

Lemonade is a cafeteria style restaurant which charges by the number of portions you want. It also has sandwiches, soups, and a few other hot dishes. The main portions they serve are almost all vegetable or pasta based in some way. The food itself is not amazing nor awful. As my star rating says, "It's okay." The restaurant itself is very clean and open with plenty of space to sit. They also have a patio outside with a small fire burning for warmth. I wouldn't be opposed to coming back, but I do not see myself craving this place at all in the future.

Lemonade as its name suggests has a unique variety of lemonade flavors. Cucumber mint, Rosemary Watermelon, Blood Orange are my favorite lemonade flavors. When my appetite cannot be quenched by lemonade alone, I order Israeli Couscous with Wild Mushrooms, Goat Cheese Shaved Brussels Sprouts, and White Truffle Mac and Cheese.

Cucumber lemonade is perfectly simple and light. If want more of a punch get the blood orange. Reminds of new modern version of old diner cafeterias. Sectioned into cold, sandwiches, stews then dessert and lemonades. No vegan or dairy free desserts. $7 Spanish beef fricando was salty, probably should have gotten the miso one. $1.50 rice. Cucumber mint $3. Recommend spice squash with corn side dish. Cute inner outdoor patio, plenty of seating, friendly staff. Brought the dogs to join. Parking structure $1 for half hour, no validation from lemonade on Green street.

Having heard rave reviews from friends for a minute, I finally had the opportunity of popping in during the Saturday afternoon rush. This place is the intersection of home cooking & fast casual in a modern & airy environment. Order family style for a picnic in the park, or throw together a prepared salad melange to enjoy on a hot summer day. I look forward to returning to try some of the fare in the simmering cast iron pots! Parking off of Cordova is your best bet.
