Management is the biggest obstacle in transitions to #Agile software development (according to research by VersionOne). Which is why +Management 3.0 training is so vital to any successful transition.

Interested in taking a class in the Pacific NW? For Seattle/Redmond August 18-19 follow the attached link.

There will also be a class in Portland OR October 20-21 which you can find details at - https://goo.gl/gEwSJ9

These will be facilited by myself and +Line Morkbak.

The Spotify #agile process has some similarities to #FASTAgile . Both have a development tribe and both use Dunbar's number as the recommended max size of a tribe.

A key differentiation in these models is Spotify talks of Squads that are fixed teams where in FAST the teams are not fixed but dynamic. I imagine there will be some organic stickiness to teams but that is not enforced and I'm calling these groups families.

#FASTAgile aims to do just that - change the #agile world.
