I wish they would have a thumbs down for rating I had to select one star in order to write my review. My cousin had a Mahi Mahi, and in less then 5 minutes her stomach started cramping! When she got home she was feeling awfully sick. I did my research and found out why she was feeling the way she was! It is important to inform one another of the things that happens in restaurants so we can have some kind of decision making as to what we are about to eat! FYI The most common cause of acute histamine toxicity is the result of inadequate refrigeration or spoiled fish. This causes an overgrowth of bacteria which converts histidine to high levels of histamine.

Good, quality food. Staff is friendly. You can get in and out fairly quick.

I've come in for lunch a few times now, including when a friend was visiting from Quebec. It's a nice assortment of food. Mid-range pricing, depending on who you ask. What I like about the layout is that they keep you moving. Everything is located in stations where you can see the selection for that day. Let the chef know what you'd like and the cook it fresh. The salads are fantastic, too. I'd recommend doing one of the trios. There are a variety to choose from and you can eat off of it a few times.

The sandwiches here are delicious and fresh. I adore the butternut squash soup, so if they're offering it, I definitely recommend trying it. The prices are pretty reasonable if a little on the higher side for a cafe. I really like the mozzerella, tomato, basil sandwich, so I generally get that, but the other sandwiches I've tried were good too. The gelato is great, and a perfect treat for when you're finished with your savory meal.

Decent place, nice ambiance. Not so pricey. We had a pizza and tomato soup. Soup was okay. Pizza was better.

I'm only giving it three stars instead of two because it is conveniently located near work. It serves pretty decent coffee. The food is full of carbs.
