Best lobster (of any kind, not just roll) I have ever had in my life. Staff was friendly, cute themed hole in the wall, service was very fast. A little expensive ($15 a roll) but a bargain considering how good they are, and one will fill you up.

Great place to grab a quick bite for lunch, snack, or anything else. I've tried the Noah's Ark, which was a great way to get a taste of three different kinds of rolls (Shrimp, Crab, Lobster) if you have another person to share with. My personal faveorite is the shrimp roll, it has nice seasonings and fresh ingredients. Additionally, they have interesting selection of all natural soda.

Had the Taste of Maine (1/2 lobster roll, 1/2 crab roll, 1/2 shrimp roll + chips/drink $20) - it was great! Was in a lobster mood, but the shrimp were surprisingly good, the toasted white bread was perfect (not too much bread to overwhelm the meat).

Luke's Lobster understands brand management. It embodies new england culture so well. Walk into one of their shops and you enter Kennebunkport. Lobster isn't cheap but their prices are competitive for the product and when I'm craving lobster(often in the summer) and I need a temporary escape from the city, I go to Luke's and take my time dining in.

overheard at Luke's: "no tip on the pick up"- register girl. Since when do you tip on a pick up? And since when does a place not offer Saturday delivery in the financial district? Everyone delivers.... 7 days a week. Personally I would have canceled that order and called Harry's or Waterstone Grill.

Below average tasteless lobster and crab. Really not worth the money.
