Sometimes its the little things that I appreciate when upgrades are made to Photoshop.

The ability to feather a vector mask by increments of 1/10 of a pixel is one of them. I use both vector and bitmap masks a lot to isolate subjects and most of the time the bitmap mask wins because I can feather it by half a pixel, which meant I was always rasterizing the vector mask then feathering.

Now I just saved a little time and can feather the vector mask directly by just that same half pixel. Yay!
