My daughter purchased a 2008 Kia Soul from your dealership. Because of her experience of exceptional service after the sale, my husband and I each purchased our own 2013 Kia Souls from your dealership. We have been very pleased. Our friends and neighbors have certainly noticed that there are three Kia Souls in our driveway. And I tell each person that asks, I have three reasons for purchasing cars from your dealership. 1. You sell a great product. These cars have been reliable and give us great gas mileage. They are versatile and we can carry kids, costumes, set pieces and props for any theater show we may be doing. 2. Your sales and finance staff has integrity. Your team is honest and straight forward. They work diligently to create a win-win situation. 3. Your service after the sale is superior. Your service department in highly professional and very efficient. Last Saturday, I brought a young man into your dealership. He is also a fellow church musician and public school teacher. He is a hard working married father of three and, like so many others his age, he has a mountain of student loan debt and marginal credit. He has been driving and constantly repairing a 2008 Honda with over 115,000 miles. As you can imagine, that old car often left him stranded late at night in Denton, Addison, Granbury or wherever he had an extra job. I knew if any dealership could help him, it would be yours. What we needed was a miracle. So, we went to see Patrick Mabe. Patrick was honest, straight forward and worked very hard to get him onto a new Kia Soul. Where other salesmen might have shaken their heads, he kept going back to the manager with different numbers to increase the trade-in and adjusting the money needed out of pocket to keep the payments affordable. I truly expected him to guide us towards a good used car. But, Patrick made it work. That was miracle #1. Then we met Mike Kennedy. In every dealership one should expect the finance person to sell you extra coverage. Even as it increases your monthly payments, it’s important and it’s their job. Mike gave us our miracle #2. He was able to shop for an interest rate that made it possible to keep the payments affordable and include the extra coverage. Both Mike and Patrick made sure my friend received every extra incentive possible. Therefore, I want to say thank you to you and your exceptional staff. As a retired public school administrator, I know how important it is to hire and retain great employees. Patrick Mabe and Mike Kennedy are exceptional. Really appreciate the entire crew at Just Brakes. I bought a GroupOn for oil changes and used all three at the Camp Bowie location. Of course, there is always something that needs to be maintained when you drive a van with 200,000 miles on it. But they always check things for me and let me know what needs to be done to keep me on the road with a safe ride! AND, if I get a second or third price opinion and bring it back to them they will match it or beat the price. And who doesn't appreciate the value adding "free tan" the waiting area offers? Seriously, a great service and professional crew.
