Loving the blue river running through the calm brown woods. Wouldn't this look great in your country home?

I am loving the calm browns in this new art quilt. So subtle and yet so varied. Wouldn't it add interest to your home or office.

I do love these imaginary landscapes, don't you? This one I call "red hills". Can't you just feel the heat of the prairie sun.

Another in my series of "imaginary landscapes" that I just posted. I am having so much fun making these slightly smaller quilts that I can finish more quickly. What do you think?

Don't you love the simple geometric designs of this table runner? I pieced and quilted it to create a rich perspective. Wouldn't it look perfect in a modern home.

What do you think of these bright summery colors in these quilted placemats?

Don't you love these modern quilted placemats? Aren't the colors both sophisticated but also warm? And best of all, they are washable.

Story
Tagline
Quilts that push boundaries and explore new horizons.
Introduction
Color is everything. I am passionate about my unique and recognizable contemporary art quilts that use color, fabric and the traditions of quilt making to explore the prairies of Illinois where I grew up, the rolling hills of western Massachusetts where I now live and landscapes of my imagination. I constantly work with images of dawn and horizons--those places which hold so many possibilities.

Of course I do custom orders.

For more information check out my web site:

In my spare time I raise daylilies and iris.

Bragging rights
My work is in numerous public and private collections including the Museum of Art + Design in NYC, the Federal District Court House in Springfield, MA, the Lodge at Turning Stone, Verona, NY and Surdna Foundation in NYC. I have received the Award of Excellence at the Baltimore Fine Craft Show put on by the American Craft Council.
