S.P.I.C.E. Super. Pleasant. Indian. Cuisine. Everytime. As soon as I tasted the delicious Indian Runner golden ale as an aperitif I knew I was going to have a great taste experience. And I was right. Superb taster menu with very well matched wines. Expensive but good value.

London is known for the great Indian food and the Cinnamon Club is one of the reasons why. I was fortunate enough to have dined with my family, a party of six and therefore I got to try so many great dishes. The spices build with each bite, but the heat doesn't get in the way of the wonderful flavors. The wine list was more extensive than what I can fully appreciate and was pleasantly surprised by a moderately priced wine that was recommended. The staff was attentive and quite personable, to the point of making the evening as entertaining as the food was great. If you are looking for great, sophisticated Indian food in London, I would highly recommend it. It seems obvious after having a meal here why they don't prominently display their name on the building, the word of mouth fill the seats. See for yourself.

Decent upscale Indian food with well-conceived menu. However at my last visit found the food to be a little disappointing (main course, the pork, was rather greasy, and in general the food was not as flavourful as on previous occasions), and the service staff, despite their best efforts, were few in number and quickly overrun by an average Friday night crowd. All said, not what I would have expected given the substantial bill (which we had to ask for twice).

This is a fantastic dining experience. It's not just about the fine Indian cuisine (which is delicious), if you have a meal here it's about the whole evening - the ambiance, the cocktail bar, the wine- everything will make it a night to remember. I would recommend for special occasions.

We visited for the first time and our whole experience was fantastic. We arrived around 30 minutes early and went to the amazing bar downstairs, very funky had a great vibe. We were then taken to our table which was good, but would have been better in the main dining area - however the food was fantastic, I had red deer which I have never eaten before and it was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing - it's quite pricey but worth paying for a special occasion!
