I appreciate the detail in your review, it truly allows us to correct any deficiencies and celebrate successes, so thank you for that. Comments are extra special when coming from someone in the industry, I know how detailed our 'eye' can be when at someone else's property!
I'm so sorry for the hiccup on the champagne flutes. There's no good reason for that, we have plenty here and are used to handling that type of stemware. So, absolutely meeting with the team to see where the misstep happened.
I'll share your comments about Libby's with Chef Wally and team, they work hard to provide Wisconsin comfort food options and are truly passionate about what they present to our guests!
