Pulse sms
has anyone ever used this app. its a fairly new app and I've been using for about a week now. every time i use it i cant help but think " THIS IS WHAT ALLO SHOULD BE." it has a really good phone app with material design and smooth transition all thru the app and a great UI. it also has android wear support and a tablet app and web browser interface so you can send and receive sms and mms from tablet and web browser. it pretty much checks all the boxes. if you want to be able to send and receive text from your chromebook this is the answer. i went with the android app over the web app because the android app notified me once a text was received and i could reply straight notification tray on my chromebook. the intergration between phone app and chromebook app is seamless.
it does cost to use the tablet and web app
3 months - $1.99
1 year - $5.99
LIfe time $10.99
i choose the 1 year subscription because hopefully google will have all of these features in one app by then. hopefully allo. if allo had these features it would be easily be my default app, until then I'm rolling with pulse sms.
