Lemme help you with that sentence:
"There's gotta be something out there, some kind of alternative hero that's gay, but [heterosexually] appealing to look at."
He's not against homosexuals, but he's happy to use the term gay (and in his use 'flaming') derogatively to describe things he finds unappealing.
Hell, after watching this review I want this movie on disc, not because I think it's good or for how (to use the term appropriately, which to his credit NC does often here) gay it is, but just as one of those so-laughably-bad-80's-movies-it's-good movies everyone has at least one of. It's just that every once in a while I come across one of his videos in which I swear I start to wonder if he's not being a passive-aggressive heterocentric windbag.
Hey, kinda like John McCain! See, I can do it, too.

Masters of the Universe DID give us Worf's calisthenics program. So I think karmically that balances it all out.

Sometimes I think the only thing that saves this guy is his willingness to play along with the movies he's reviewing and to make fun of himself when it's obvious he's made the same mistakes the movie he's reviewing has made. Don't get me wrong, 90% of the time I like him, but occasionally he lets comments slip that make him out to be a self-righteous male chauvinistic arsehole.

But gosh darnit, when he reviews a truly terrible movie, it is hilarious. (Which btw, this one is not. I liked it. Of course it's kinda gay. It's a flocking musical, dipwad! :p)

After 2 hours playing Angry Birds on my cellphone in a determined quest to finally complete an achievement for all episodes having 3 stars worth 10 Gamerscore, I realized what an exquisitely productive waste of time the incrementation of a meaningless number is.

A 27 Ton machine, but dumb as a post. The progress we've made technologically in a historically short period of time is a testament to human intelligence, creativity, and achievement.

Today in Geek History: The ENIAC, world's 1st electronic general-purpose computer, was unveiled in 1946. It took up 1800 square feet and had the computing power of a modern musical greeting card.
