Professor, Bryant University
Introduction
I am a professor of management at Bryant University in Smithfield, RI. I joined the faculty at Bryant after six years as a faculty member at Harvard Business School. I've also spent time as a Visiting Professor at NYU. My research, teaching, and consulting focuses on strategic decision-making processes and senior management teams.

The new edition of my book, Why Great Leaders Don't Take Yes for an Answer, was released in May 2013.  My other book, Know What You Don't Know: How Great Leaders Prevent Problems Before They Happen was published in 2009.  I've also created two audio/video courses on decision-making and leadership for the Teaching Company/Great Courses.
