"Ideally, we’d like to find good homes for every horse that needs one in Idaho; that’s the goal. Every single one deserves a second, or even a third chance at life"

What do you think of Lucy's new hair cut? Lucy has a difficult time shedding, so every summer we go through several clippers to remove her winter coat. Clipping her winter coat not only gives her style, but it keeps her cool and comfortable during the high summer temperatures of Idaho.

Here's an update of Remi, one of our recent rescues! Remi is getting really comfortable with human interaction and will gladly accept pets. He is still hesitant on being touched anywhere other than his head but is making great progress. He has recently been moved to our newer in-construction barn and now has a stable mate, Paladin. Paladin serves as a role model for Remi. Remi is able to learn to trust people by watching them brush and work with Paladin. We hope to get Remi fixed so he can join the main herd and be able to enjoy pasture time with them. Thank you for supporting our work with Remi and his rehabilitation!
