Join me for an inspiring talk and slide show on Tuesday 22 January at 6:45 PM at the Sports Basement, 1590 Bryant St. in San Francisco. I will be speaking about one of the last herds of wild mustangs in California, the mustangs of Montgomery Pass. For many of us, the wild mustangs represent freedom and the Old West. Imagine seeing them run like the wind in the open range, the newborn foals standing for the first time and the stallions defending their herds. This will be a rare opportunity to learn about this little-known herd and how I have photographed them for the past six years.
