Place is always busy for dinner, which tells you this place is good. Food is always good and the service is good. Needs a bigger parking lot for sure. Its a little pricey but the quality is there.

Soup and salad are good as always. However ..... I have noticed a trend for the pasta dishes with alfredo sauce or what they call white wine and garlic (which is really pretty much an alfredo sauce) to be pasty and sticky. Also, in general the pasta has been overcooked lately. I ordered the Seafood Portifino, which is advertised as having a white wine and garlic sauce. It had this pasty white sauce which tasted nothing like white wine or garlic and made the whole dish stick together in a giant clump. In the past this was a good dish. I noticed the same thing in the Chicken Scampi - very pasty and sticky when it used to be great.

There at open they didn't even welcome the people outside.there was a wait list at open with only 2 groups of people and I had to get the manager to get our drinks and soup/salad. Wife's food was also over cooked. I would go to a dif. Olive garden if I was you

Really like the decor of the whole restaurant. The food is decent. Before my first visit here, I thought I liked Italian food, but after eating here I guess I'm not a big fan anymore. Try not to go here too much if you're watching your health. A lot of food here is quite heavy, and they do ask you if you need cheese... on everything. I do understand what the person below is complaining about with one olive in the salad. There was... just one olive in the whole bowl, but that's not really something I would be heated up over.

Extremely slow service, 25 minute wait for a table. When we went to the bar after a 10 minute wait, it was another 10 minutes to even get a bartender to take our order. Then we ordered and the bartender gave us are foods at different times and are salad came after our meal because he forgot. A party of four sat next to us after we ordered and received there food first all at one time, and were given their salad and breadsticks before too. We asked the bar tender if he was having a bad day he said we are always short staff'd and was busy with other people and it wasn't just us in the resturaunt. So in conclusion I will not return to Saginaw olive garden again.
