These two weeks have been brilliant! I was not expecting to have so much fun learning about the hospitality industry nor did I expect to learn so much! The course is broken up into distinct categories that are covered extensively and enthusiastically by experienced, helpful, and friendly trainers. The trainers make the learning process simple and easy to understand and are always encouraging students to push themselves to achieve to the best of their ability. I originally enrolled in the course to open up future job opportunities, but I would recommend this course to anyone who is interested in learning about hospitality or even if you are just looking to study for enjoyment. The course is not only a lot of fun but gives you a good basic knowledge of beverages and customer service which is beneficial for your personal life and customer service is an element of most jobs even outside of hospitality. I give this course and it's trainers 10/10!

After my two week course at The Victorian Bar School, I was so pleased, I went on to pursue a career in hospitality in my six months off from university. With a background in wine, I found it expanded my knowledge, showed me new skill sets, and helped me to appreciate drinks and the hospitality industry in a new light. It's not always easy stuff, I found the coffee was challenging to make at times, but once I got the hang of it i really enjoyed it. The trainers were fantastic, lots of fun, and a great sense of humour. I made lots of friends, and ended up with work in the industry straight after my two week course, which was great as I decided to finish my certificate two in hospitality. I recommended it to lots of my friends, and would recommend it to anyone who wants a job in the industry, or just wanting to expand their bar skills!

Two weeks that not only will provide you with skills that can help you get a position in hospitality around the world but become highly employable in Melbourne with certificates in not only responsible service of alcohol but Food Handling Supervisor Certificate and Responsible Service of Gaming. The course offers full introductions into waiting and coffee making with all key areas taught theoretically and physically. With great staff with stacks of experience easy to access location and only 150 dollars its the best hospitality course around

Most beneficial two weeks of my life.... I highly recommend Complete Hospitality Training to anyone who wants to get their foot in the hospitality industry or wants to brush up on their skills. I came to my course with high expectations as what I had heard from others sounded amazing and I was not disappointed. The instructors show a real passion for hospitality and are extremely helpful and informative. It is a very "hand's on" experience and we were up and making our first layered shooter within the first 30 minutes of the course! It's a great, safe environment to work in and you walk away with much more than what you came with, you walk away with new friends, new skills, more confidence and a very very impressive new resume ... GO CHECK IT OUT!!!

I just recently finished a 2 week government funded course with Complete Hospitality Training and was extremely happy with the way I was treated with fairness and educated by the trainers. Each trainer is genuine with their own unique personality. They all make the classes as interesting and as fun to make the learning and understanding process easy. Especially with the hands-on experience that every student needs before moving on into the real world work, it's just as fun. They will also help you find work too. What is there to loose?

10/10! This course was FANTASTIC! I wouldn’t bother with any other Hospitality course but this one! I found all the staff to be really helpful both with any queries or concerns that I had. Dan, Simon, Sam, Stuart and Jeremy are excellent teachers, with years of industry experience, and were able to answer all questions wisely. They were super responsive and always going that little bit further to help me out. I was even offered extra help from Stuart at the end of one day. (OUT OF HIS WORKING HOURS). This shows how dedicated they are to their students. This course covered everything…Bartending, Waiting, Coffee Making, Responsible Service of Alcohol, Responsible Service of Gambling, Certification for Safe Handling of Food and Food Hygiene procedures! And was only $150 for TWO ENTIRE WEEKS!!They covered everything you need and might want to know. I now feel very confident and prepared going into the world of hospitality. Seriously, this is a great course, I can't recommend it highly enough.

I’ve walked away after two weeks with the Victorian Bar School with newly learned cocktail, bar, barista and waiter skills and certificates and knowledge relating to gaming, food handling and safe service of alcohol. It has given me great insight into various aspects of the hospitality industry which I can’t imagine gaining anywhere else in only two weeks and for only $105 due to government funding. The Victorian Bar School had great facilities, clean and modern classrooms and was easily accessible with public transport. With years of experience the staff were extremely helpful and had enjoyable personalities. This course is definitely worthwhile for anyone new to the hospitality industry or who wishes to brush up on their skills.
