Water staining was noted in the attic in multiple locations. The staining is in the vicinity of gutters that are filled with debris. This situation may potentially be allowing water to back up into the fascia board resulting in the water staining. I recommend further evaluation by a licensed professional roofer.

The condensate discharge line for the high efficiency furnace terminates in the crawlspace. Introducing moisture into the crawlspace is poor practice and is conducive with mold growth. I recommend that this line be plumbed to the outside of the home.
