I'm sad I don't work up the street any more but dang this is great pizza. if you enjoy a thin crust and great toppings come here. If you go before noon you won't even have a long wait!

The food is amazing! At first, it was a little overwhelming for the kids, and LOUD, but it grows on you quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The ordering process was rather daunting, but WOW the food is top notch! Best gluten free pizza ever, and fast! Do not be fooled by the crowd (the sign by the ordering line is right) there will be an empty seat when you get through the line. Two regular pizzas and one gluten free plus 5 drinks and a full size salad = $50! Outstanding value! I will recommend to all of my friends!

Fast food pizza that isn't fast food. They have a wood oven to cook the pizzas in and it gives it that thin crust that crisp and chewy texture. Basically it's the Subway of pizzas, your pizza gets build as you go and you can add or omit ingredients as you wish. It's newish and during the prime lunch rush there can be a 20-30 person line. Good pizza, if you like the wood oven neapolitan pizza. I will put it on my rotation when I'm out in Westwood, well this and my favorite still La Monica's.

800 lives up to its hype! If you need some food after a night at Brewco or just want some damn good pizza, this is the place to hit up when you're in Westwood. Can't really beat a quality pizza margherita with fresh ingredients. The cheese is amazing, and the toppings are cooked pretty well. The crust is usually burnt though and the pizza can be a little hard to eat when the crust is too thin. Otherwise, the business model here is great and they make a pretty good product. Don't come during peak hours, waiting in line is a pain and parking may also be a hassle around the area. It's open late so come after a night hitting up the bars!

Wasn't worth the long wait. Pizza ingredients are fresh but pie comes out mass produced and lifeless. Your lucky to get a seat (if there's a line outside) since they don't want you to save a seat while you order either.

800 Degrees is hands down my favorite pizza place. I love watching them build my pizza and the delicious spicy sauce they have. They have great ingredients and their pizzas are simply on spot. Great ambiance overall too! casual but also nice at the same time. great to hang out with friends or go on a date. another + they're open late for all those drunchies :P only complaint I have is that their service is spotty. sometimes super fast and good, other times a little slow...

I've been a fan of this place for quite some time now. Living only a block away, I've eaten here several times now. There's usually a line, but it moves really quickly. There are several tables inside the restaurant and a couple outside. Saving seats isn't allowed because by the time you make it through the line, there are empty seats available. This place is a build-your-own pizza type of place. After coming here so many times, I have figured out my favorite combination. I get the margarita pizza with sausage, caramelized onions, and sun dried tomatoes. I sometimes get a side of meatballs or the prosciutto melon burrata depending on my mood. The side of meatballs comes with of their huge meatballs covered in there margarita sauce they use for the pizzas. This extra sauce goes great with the crust from your pizza. The prosciutto melon burrata is so deliciously refreshing. The burrata comes with arugula, fresh mozzarella, melon balls, and freshly sliced prosciutto. Even though this burrata cost as much as a pizza, it's really worth the price, especially since they don't skimp out of the amount of prosciutto. I think many people dislike this place because they already have an idea of what pizza is supposed to be like. People come here expecting pizza that we can get from Papa Johns or Dominos and are disappointed when they realize that the pizza from here is nothing like that. 800 Degrees even has a sign that says they make their pizzas the way it was invented in Naples, Italy, which has a soft, chewy crust. If you come here with an open mind about pizza, then I'm sure that you'll enjoy it as much as I do.

We are taking it WAY back! Check out our new special the "Mastunicola" made with Lardo, Basil, Black Pepper and Pecorino Cheese. Before Italians fell in love with tomatoes, they were already eating pizza. This is one of the oldest known recipes for pizza dating back several hundred years.

Our Lardo (cured pork back fat, like prosciutto but without the meaty part) comes from Spain where the pigs are fed acorns to give a delicate sweetness to the fat. Enjoy!
