This place is basically like a Chipotle for pizza. The food is great, but the prices are a bit higher than expected ($9 - $14+ for a pizza depending on toppings). Don't worry about finding a seat when you arrive, tables somehow clear up once you're done with your order and ready to sit down. If you come at night, plan on waiting in line for a while, though.

800 Degrees is hands down one of the best restaurants to feed the hungry and ravenous students of UCLA. Each time I go, the service and food are impeccable and I leave happy knowing that for under $10, I'm stuffed with good pizza and have a to-go box to boot!

Pizza is one of the things I am most picky about. This place has great pizza. I had a picante, and the flavor was outstanding. Crust was very good, perhaps not quite as chewy as it should have been but head and shoulders over 90+% of the pizza you find in this town. The only real drawback was the toppings seemed to have overwhelmed the crust a bit and left it a little soggy in the center. But the flavor! Magnificent. Also a great atmosphere for a pizzeria.

Not good. Ingredients don't taste very fresh - pretty generic tasting. No better than Dominoes or Pizza Hut.

I like their pizzas. It's like that episode of Seinfeld where you can have whatever toppings you want on your pizza. I have yet to be so bold as to get a pizza with everything because they have so many choices for toppings. The pizzas also come out remarkably fast. Like with any pizza, its better to eat it at the restaurant than to take it to go because the steam in the box will cause the pizza to be soggier.

Back by by popular demand! One of our best loved specials: Butternut Squash, Nueske's Bacon, Caramelized Onions and Rosemary Oil on a Bianca.

We are taking it WAY back! Check out our new special the "Mastunicola" made with Lardo, Basil, Black Pepper and Pecorino Cheese. Before Italians fell in love with tomatoes, they were already eating pizza. This is one of the oldest known recipes for pizza dating back several hundred years.

Our Lardo (cured pork back fat, like prosciutto but without the meaty part) comes from Spain where the pigs are fed acorns to give a delicate sweetness to the fat. Enjoy!
