Everything they serve is great! Drinks, great! Food, super delicious great! Unfortunately, this means it can be busy at times, which makes it difficult to find a seat. Also, I wish they had more breakfast sandwiches/options than just the egg sandwich, particularly at a slightly lower price point

The pastries are among the best I've found in the Boston area. I wish they did a better job at handling people lining: every time I've been there during peak hours, half of the seats were taken by people not eating but just waiting for someone else who had been in line for the last 10 minutes.

Good sandwiches that are a bit pricey for their size, but basically what you'll get for that price everywhere in this area. They have delicious homemade pop tarts. Spicy Hot Chocolate is worth it during the cold months.

Fantastic pastries and sandwiches! So good, I bought the recipe book to bake some goodies at home once I leave Boston! Best coconut macaron I've ever had, the B.L.T. was fantastic and the espresso was awesome too! Will come back every time I'm in Boston.

Excellent food and sweets, and the price is not too bad (considering the average price for food in the area). The only negative is the often-long weight, especially at peak times.

Great place with fantastic sandwiches. Only drawback: rather crowded at lunch time.

Always a great experience at these locations. The staff here were funny as I debated between the sticky bun and the pan au chocolate...of course I got the sticky bun! It's prefect and can beat bobby flay any day. When we said we were waiting for the bus, they said 30 seconds for my friends egg sandwich and the other staff said 'oh really? 30, 29, 28....' which was funny. He made it and then we made the bus!

Their sandwiches are whatever, in my opinion: - Roast beef (+) This one is pretty good and flavorful. - Roasted lamb - Smoked salmon sandwich Their pastries are really good, though! - Fruit tart - milky way tart - carrot cake cupcake with cream cheese frosting But overall, I don't really get the hype for this place.
