Went for a group business lunch during the week and I really enjoyed the experience. The setting was very nice with a trendy interior covered with local art. Thought the prices were a bit high, but the food was great. Fast service with a smile. Got the specials for the day. The venison and sweet potatoe soup was amazing and I like the fact that they had a pizza where a portion of the proceeds were given to a local children's charity - and it tasted great.

Not just pizza: Their pasta was amazing, almost to a point where I was surprised. Very flavorful, well portioned, and plated beautifully. The bartender and wait staffs were attentive and very friendly.

Great wings and pizza. Nice selection of draft beers. Definitely a step up from your average pie and beer spot.

Good pizza, cool place, but the staff is below average and the pizza is way too expensive. $26.50 for a premium pizza. I've had better pizza in other major cities for substantially cheaper. They definitely benefit from there not being many GREAT pizza options in Baltimore.

Love their pizza! They have a large menu of items to choose from so your options are quite endless. I always get the pepperoni pizza which is amazing! As a New Yorker, you cannot find good pizza in this city and they go above and beyond on their crust. Their wings are delicious and as a rum bar they have options varying across regions of the world. My partner loves the shrimp risotto. The prices are excellent and their serving sizes are plenty. Plus, they are accessible via Charm City Circulator and other MTA options. Definitely recommend!

I've picked up pizza at Joe squared on a handful of occasions....the pizza is pretty good, but the price seems particularly high... ordered the "Code in School" 16 inch.... the toppings were fresh, but somewhat skimpy, the crust was ok, nothing special... for $30 ....$27.50, plus $2.50 for the bartender that rang me up, it seems exorbitant.... would like more toppings if I'm paying a premium price....I don't go there often, but my few experiences haven't met my expectations and i really wish that wasn't the case... I like supporting local business and don't mind paying more, but the product better be superior, but it really isn't!!???

Poor. I will be totally honest, I love how it looks in there...But the treatment I got was not good at all. I did not very welcomed at all. I came in and I spoke first. Second, I told the gentleman I was ready to order and he ignored me, I told him again and he didn't even acknowledge me (so much so that I thought he couldn't hear me). Then, he finally says "what is your order...." I proceeded to tell him and my food was fine...but I won't be coming back here. The crazy thing is I drove one of the Co Owners to the shop one day and she told me I would love it....but....she was wrong. No matter how good the food is, no one wants to eat good dinner at a table where they feel unwelcomed.

Joe Squared is a good pizzeria. They specialize in pies with unique toppings. I tried the crab pizza, that had crab meat, onion, some other vegetables and egg yolk, along with cheese and white sauce. I also had the cumin lamb pizza which in addition to the lamb had eggplant and cheese, along with parsley and mint. Both were delicious. Recommended!
